Task history shouldn't be tribal knowledge

Every PMO has the same problem buried in its project files: the same task gets typed a dozen different ways across a dozen different schedules. “PCB testing.” “Board testing.” “PCB test — final.” To a spreadsheet, those are three unrelated rows. To the person who actually did the work, they're the same task — and the only record of how long it really takes is scattered across files nobody has time to reopen.

We built Bazeline to fix that. Upload the schedules you already have, and it builds a normalized, searchable database of task durations — one that recognizes when differently-named tasks are actually the same thing, so the answer to “how long does this usually take” is a search, not an archaeology project.

That's the whole premise: your organization already has the data to estimate well. It's just spread across files that don't talk to each other. Bazeline makes it talk.
