- Project data: the contents of schedule files (e.g. .mpp files) you or your organization upload, including task names, durations, and dates.
- Usage data: basic product interaction data used to operate and improve the service.
- Contact form / email data: information you provide when you reach out to us, e.g. via a demo request or email.
3. How we use information
We use this information to operate the product (parsing and matching your project data, providing search and estimation features), to maintain account and organization access, to respond to inquiries, and to improve Bazeline. We do not sell your data.
4. Data processing & security
Project data is stored in a database with row-level security, so each organization's data is isolated from every other organization's at the database layer. Task matching and embeddings are processed on infrastructure Bazeline operates directly. Access to customer data is restricted to what's necessary to operate and support the product.
5. Data retention
We retain account and project data for as long as your organization has an active account, or as needed to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your organization's data by contacting us.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

We use a minimal set of cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
