1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Bazeline (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.
2. Description of service
Bazeline is a tool for project management organizations to import project schedule files, normalize task naming, and look up or estimate task durations from historical project data.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and organization.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access another organization's data, disrupting the Service, or uploading content you don't have the right to upload.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the project data and files your organization uploads to Bazeline. You grant us the right to process that data solely to provide the Service to your organization. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
6. Fees
Any fees for paid plans will be described to you before you're charged, typically in an order form, invoice, or plan description agreed with our sales team.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or of applicable law.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bazeline will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
